Essential Oil tip of the week

Peppermint and Purification

planning on doing some painting? Add atleast 10 drops of peppermint essential oil to a quart and 20 to a gallon to remove that nasty paint smell and dissovle toxic fumes. Then follow up by diffusing purification essential oil to purify the air. Apply purification oil to your chest to clean out the lungs of any toxins that may have been released due to an insufficient amount of peppermint used in the paint. Keeping your lungs clean is super important. Think about it, you can go 30 days without food, 7 days without water and only 2 minutes without breathing oxygen! This is turning into more of a message than a tip but so be it. While we are on the subject of Good clean lungs, think about the air quality in your home. It is said that statistically indoor air is 10 times more toxic than outdoor air. And our outdoor air quality isn't looking to good these days especially if you live in the city or near any factors or industry. An air purifier is a great way to improve your indoor air quality along with regular diffusing of purification oil. Remember the closer to zero the air quality the better but anything under 100 is excellent. You can have your indoor air tested by any sales company selling air purifiers like Aerus. 200 to 300 is okay anything over that is NOT good and 600 plus is highly toxic and should be checked for mold issues.
